Seven Hermits (modern) Victorian
Location: Seven Hermits Drive, Eagle, Colorado
The Story: Simplified Victorian Farmhouse + Barn (Garage) connected with Modern Great Room. Master Suite in back with family courtyard.
The House: 3100 Square Foot 4-Bedroom, 4.5 Bath Home with 3-car Garage, +1200 square foot Basement, +600 square foot apartment or in-law suite and loft.

Big Little Back Barn, Vermont
Location: 908 Under the Mountain Road, South Londonderry, Vermont

The Story: Updated and smaller take on a New England Big House, Little House Back House Barn but with a Schoolhouse using reclaimed materials and a modest budget.
The House: a 1900 square foot 3-bed, 2.5-bath Schoolhouse with 1100 square foot basement, dogtrot, studio deck and one-truck garage + shed.

The Story: my take on a Modern Japanese-Craftsman house designed for 1 or 2 phases with a lap 4-bedroom in phase (right side) and 2-bedroom master wing (left side).
The House: a 5050 square foot 6-bedroom, 5.5 bath home with tea room, waterfall, 3-car garage, and master wing with lap pool and zen garden.

Minturn Custom Prefab Homes

The Story: This modular design using the same prefab boxes in different combinations to create 3 unique house designs for a neighborhood of 11 custom homes with options in the mining town of Minturn. (unbuilt)
The Goods: 3 house designs with 2-car garage. Options A + B are 2800 square foot 4-bed, 4-bath Homes with Game Room, Home-Office, Apartment, or In-Law Master on Entry Level. Option C is a 2200 square foot 4-bed, 3-bath Home with Game Room Attic.
Eagle Ranch Cottages

The Story: a New Urbanism approach for zero lot line Affordable Housing that included identical basement, similar entry levels, and different upper levels to customize Craftsman, Prairie, + Victorian styles selected by owners. The layout allowed 14 homes on 2 acres in Eagle Ranch.
The House: 3 plan options for 1500-1600 Square Foot 3-Bedroom, 3.5 Bath homes with 1 or 2-car garage options, +650 SF basement and fenced yards.
