Wildridge Mountain Home (rendering by Architect)

Wildridge Mountain Home (rendering by Architect)

Location: 5651 Wildridge Road East, Avon, Colorado

Architect: Andrew James Abraham, AIA

The Story: a long thin design resulted from a request for every room to have a view of Beaver Creek & Bachelor Gulch ski slopes. The stair tower in the center of the house allowed for easy access to the Kitchen, Great Room and Master Suite on the upper level.

The House: a 4350 Square Foot 4-bedroom, 4-bath home, with stair tower library & office, game room, 3-car garage + 700 Square Foot Apartment or In-Law Suite.

Contractor: Mountain Construction Management, Bart Thomas with Bernie Weber

Lake Creek Guest House

Lake Creek Guest House

Location: UNBUILT - one of my favorite (mid-century) modern designs

Architect: Andrew James Abraham, AIA

Architect's House Plans: Let me creatively interpret this design to fit you and your site.

The Story: a mid-century approach for a Modern Guest House on the edge of a creek and pond. Designed alongside the Lake Creek Modern Ranch House.

The House: a 600 Square Foot 1-Bedroom 1-bath Guest House with 200 square foot sleeping loft.

Neo-Victorian, shaded 3D exterior house + site elevations.
