The Story: Designed as a Holiday Getaway, this Modern Mountain Home steps up a steep wooded site into an Aspen grove. The house includes three structures: the Entry connects the downhill Main House with a central Bedroom Wing. The Main House has a kitchen, dining and living spaces on the Entry Level with a game room, exercise room, massage room, bar, and ski-in mudroom below. The Bedroom Wing has a central stairwell wrapped around the glass + stone-enclosed elevator with main level guest suites and the boys' suites above. The Stairs & Elevator descend to the lower level with a 3-car garage, cinema, and bowling alley; and they ascend to a Bridge leading to the Master Suite Cabin, which has a central bedroom and private wings east and west that include walk-in closets, bathrooms, an office east and hot tub west.

The House: 12,900 square foot 5-bedroom, 7.5 bath ski-in/ski-out Home with 3-car garage.

Contractor: George Schaefer Construction, with Project Managers - Bart Thomas + Chris Warner
